3.2.2 Third parties authorized by law
Your personal data may be transmitted when the Company is required to do so, in particular in the cases described below.

- To comply with any judicial request, to enforce any contract entered into with our Members, such as the General Terms and this personal data protection policy

Article 4: Is your personal data transferred outside the European Union?
We transfer and store your personal data in the European Union. Upon simple request, we can provide you with the list of countries where we store your data and those where it occasionally transits.
Article 5: How is your personal data protected?
The Company applies the technological and organisational security measures generally recognised so that the personal data collected is neither lost, misappropriated, accessed, modified nor disclosed by unauthorised third parties, unless its communication is required by the regulations in force, in particular at the request of a judicial authority or any other authority authorised by law.
The security of personal data also depends on the Members. Members undertake to maintain the confidentiality of their login and password. Members also undertake not to share their account and to notify the Company of any unauthorised use of said account as soon as they become aware of it.
Article 6: How long is your personal data retained?
The personal data communicated by Members of the Site is retained only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes pursued in accordance with legal requirements.
At the end of this period, and at the latest after a period of 2 years from the termination of the Member's account, your personal data is deleted by the Company.
However, to allow Members to recover their account in the event of forgetting their password after a prolonged period without connection to the Site, your email address is retained for security purposes.
Certain data may be retained (invoices, credit notes) for a commercially reasonable period, for backup, archiving, or auditing purposes. The mandatory retention period is in particular ten (10) years for invoices.
Article 7: Are you a minor?
Our objective being to make English accessible to everyone, minors may access the Site to read articles and learn the language.

Your requests will be processed within 30 days. In addition to your request, we will ask you to attach a photocopy of proof of identity so that the Company can verify your identity.
